Well i modded my xbox a while ago. i swapped the dvd rom drive with another that worked a lot better. i had a 40gb hard drive that died on me so i swapped it with another 40gb i had laying around. i never tired to play dvds on it before but i just tried rescently and no go. it would boot and i would get to my dashboard but after i hit the icon to start the movie it would go black for a bit then come back to my dashboard. i dont know what this could be and any help would be appreciated.
