Title: Flashing Red To Flashing Orange/green

I got an Xbox from someone and it was flashing red. Google says it's a dead/missing EEPROM.
When I put a Chameleon Modchip in it does the power on/off/on/off/on and flashing orange/green.

I'm really confused on where the problem is... How easy will it be to get this working?
