The boneheads in the White House Knew about Walter Reed mess for a long time and another General was used as a scapegoat.  With Bush overextending Troops tours and can't take care of the injured, he doesn't respect the troops.

Update.  It looks like Weightman's Boss, Francis J. Harvey resigned today.

All this is happening while Bush and the Republicans seeks to cut VA Budget when alot more wounded soldiers from this Iraqi war will need help from the VA system.
