You consider this music? I know what you're talking about but I can't remember the words. I vaguely remember it being popular when I was 7 Years Old

its an old jump rope song, goes something like

On this one Fred Penner song, "Everthing is Tickety Boo" or something, it sounds exactly like he says "fuckety fuck". I'm sure he isn't, but it sounds just like it.
     Not sure how many people know of this guy, but he's from my home town and was quite popular. I liked him way more than Raffi.
