of course he does. He has a necro quote as a sig, and necro is totally awesome and not a bit repetitive.
Damn, that's a tough question. I think I'd have to lean towards A Day in the Life. Eleanor Rigby is up there as well.
I dont really rate the beatles much, but "I am a walrus" is quite amusing!
I cannot decide between Elanor Rigby and strawberry fields forever; both are great.
Definately definately 'Tomorrow Never Knows'. It marked an end to their more 'poppy' era and ushered into their 'pysch pop' era. If you put that song next to another psych bands song of this era, say Circulatory System or Olivia Tremor Control, you'd think that track was cut a year ago. Amazing.
Too many "best" Beatles songs to list.
Lately I've been listening "Abbey Road" and the song "I Want You (She's so Heavy)" has such a great bass line that I hadn't noticed before.
As for their early stuff, the vocal harmonies on "All my Lovin'" have such a cool, classic Bealtes sound it's scary.
in my life- my personal fav
I don't much like the Beatles... but how about:
Helter Skelter

It's "I Am
The Walrus". "I Am
A Walrus" would just be a SILLY name for a song.
