The really expensive plasmas are getting close, but CRT is still better.
You should also know that LCD's are not as susceptible to "burn in" as plasmas are. Also because of the way the technology is(how there made), 42" and lower...LCD. 42" and above...either.
The best video quality for your xbox would be a good CRT.
