What exactly is the question?

Your only option for computer monitor input is VGA, as there is currently no DVI cable available for the 360.

If your wanting to use the monitor for both PC and the 360, connect the monitor to the PC via DVI. If your monitor uses DVI-A then you could always gets a VGA to DVI adapter for the 360 if your PC doesnt output in DVI.
