ok, so SOTW is back, and hopefully it's staying - unlike other SOTW i think this ones just going to be a simple free-style so we can all get the ball rolling.

simple rules now, so there shouldn't be any trouble:

 

• Free Style Signatures
• Max dimensions are 450x140, no exceptions.
  • you may do any sig size beneath this one(as before).
   
• No animations - unless otherwise stated in the them, if theme permits you may not use it as your default Xbox-Scene signature(as this goes against XS rules).
• No nudity, racism, or suggestive themes are allowed
  • your signature will be removed from the contest and you will be reported.
   
• You are allowed as many text-based changes to your entry as needed, and you are allowed 1 new entry
  • this may include correcting a spelling error, or changing the subtext, anything else please contact a graphics moderator if you have any questions.

Deadline will be at 12:00am central time(-6 GMT) next friday(01-12-07). please get your entries in, and let's have fun!

If I remember correctly, the voting period for the previous SOTW's were usually declared at the end of the weekend. I have no problem waiting until Friday, if anyone thinks we're going to be getting any more votes.
 
 ADD: If my signature really bothers anyone, I'll remove it Just thought it was kind of cool looking, and not trying to over-use my powers - but moderators are allowed small exceptions outside of sig rules last time I checked. I'll re-read the mod rules to be sure.
