ok i was board and i feel like bs-ing a few friends sooo...
how real does this look?(note that my friends arent gonnna thuroughly(sp?) examine the pic(i.e lighting , etc.)

but anyway ..here it is

i would recommend editing the levels on your pik in there... brighten it up, then it should look better.

Don't hate, though... took me 5 minutes to find the pics and do the manip
See... if you start out bad you can only get better, right?  Don't mind the poor extractions... it's 1:40 and I'm playing golf at 7 tomorrow morning... so I've got to get to bed.

ok, i gave it a shot, i played with your image so that you looked like you were outdoors, then i blurred the playboy mansion(bg) and i also disguised your originial picture, i also extended your shoulder.
hey, if it worked for superman/clark kent, then it will work for you

the pik definetely looks like the pik was taken at the white house, with a wide DOR(depth of range) on the camera... if you blurred the BG(white house) alittle, it would make it look MUCH more realistic.

No, it doesn't. Notice the direction of the shadows. The sunlight is hitting the White House on the right side and the ambient room light is hitting the kid on the left side (as we see it). If he were outside on that bright a day, he'd be engulfed in light like the White House is. Like I said before, indoor and outdoor pictures don't mix.

Like Haz said, Areohbe, you have talent. I don't mean to belittle your efforts, but I think you could do much better.

haha metaldevil you're too observant i wasn't really looking at the shadows :/ suppose i should have.. but to the quick once-over, it looks like he could be there(as long as you don't look too deep into the lighting effects). if you just flip the image horizontally Are, then it would look spot on
