Title: Deleted Files In Udata & Tdata Folders Now Xbox Doesn't Work.

Ok as the title says i deleted ALL of the files in the Tdata & Udata folders on my Xbox now it doesn't work.
This is the 1st time i've ever had problems with the system.

When i try to turn it on now it just loads to the Xbox screen(the one with the BIG green X) then is just stuck there.

I had this system pre-modded for me like 2 years ago so i can't remember which mod-chip they used.
The dashboard i use i Avaluanch but can't remember which version.

Any help would be appreciated.

delete TDATA, UDATA, CACHE folders from E:
and ther reboot the box and then must it work fine

lol wtf how do you expect him to do that when it wont boot
