I don't know him well enough to say yes or no.
Personaly, I care little if he is guilty or not. He eather needs to live in a area that his behavure is accepted as a socity norm or go to get a personality/reality ajustment. Even if he was not doing anything directly to the children, his behavure is well beyond what is genraly seen as normal in the US.
