He goes up to the shop keeper and the shop keep says "What can I do for you kimosabi?"
The indian says "Hmph...too many papooses running around tee pee...need protection!"
The shop keep looks confused and then understands "Oh! Too many kids! You want some condoms...hmmm...", he looks over his shoulder and grabs a pack of Durex. "These work good, and they are strong too."
The indian said "Hmph...I try".
The indian left and then came back the next day "Hmph...no good!"
The shop keep said "What happened?"
The indian exclaimed "Left nut go Hmph...right nut go Hmph! Rubber go KAPOW!"
The shop keep looked at him in udder horror...what could hold back a man of this stature's load? He suddenly got an idea...he ran to the bike shop across the street and bought a tire rubber and then tied it off at one end. He brought it back and said "Try this!"
The indian looked at it confused but took it anyways "Hmmph...I try."
The indian came back the next day with a little bit of a limp and a pained expression on his face.
"Oh my god you look awful", the store keeper cried, "What happened?"
"Well...", the indian said in his always stern voice....
"Left nut go hmph....rubber go hmphhhhh! Right nut go....
...KAPOW!"

He used a bicycle tire rubber as a condom, and in the process since the rubber didn't explode like the condom, his right testicle did instead. Get it? Ha ha ha?
