$40 for spinner hubcaps huh? here's a better idea...
take the $40 and split it into 20 $2 bills (you can get them at the bank) .. using 5 bills per rim, glue them on your stock rim in the shape of a 5 star rim. once complete, apply clear tape over the bills to waterproof them.
there you go, $40 on your wheels that won't get near the number of insults that the spinner hubcaps would have..

sorry to say but i laugh my ass off every time i see a car go down the street with spinner hub caps, go get some new gym shoes man, the hubs look horible, and ive yet to see any that didnt wobble while they spin

u guys.... if this dude is thinking that spinning hubcaps will be cool by all means encourage him to get them. It's people like you who ruin the laughs for the rest of us. The whole concept is hilarious. Chrome wheels look nice but really they are status symbols. If you have $2000+ to spend on rims it implies that you have quite a bit of expendable income. Spinners cost more. If they are real spinners they are really expensive and even a spintek kit costs a little more... it implies MONEY. If you get SPINNING HUBCAPS... what does that imply? Nothing. It takes away any doubt anyone had and shows them that you are not only poor... but a tasteless bastard. Honestly listening to the OP's remarks and questions I am under the impression that the spinning hubcaps suit him perfectly. "did they look tight?" Black people made the word "tight" cool like 7 years ago and then it wasn't trendy anymore so they quit using it. Now only white kids who wish they were black use it. Bottom line... get the spinning hubcaps, then walk to the endcap of the same isle in wal-mart and look for chrome spraypaint.... the spraypaint them and tell everyone you have chrome spinners.... now your 72 escort is tight.
