I have been keeping an eye on autotrader. Unfortunately I live in an area where people are too dumb to figure out how to list their cars online. So it means I would have to travel at least 300 miles for pretty much any car that I want. Anyways, I have been looking for a new car myself. I am debating between the '95 5.0 Mustang and the '90-'96 300ZX. Rylinkus did put up some very interesting facts although the weight he had on the 300ZX was quite a bit off. If I pick up an N/A 300ZX it would push 222HP and weigh about 3200-3300 pounds (similar to the 3000GT).
the pics are all bluey

That is toite man! Gotta love them GTO's!
Is that twin-turbochared? Or just turbo-charged?
It's N/A. The VR4 model is twin-turbo but the regular 3000GT is just N/A. Anyways I am still torn between the Z and the Mustang. I am wieghing the +'s and -'s for each one . Here is how it goes so far:
5.0 Mustang:
+'s
Cheap to buy
Easy/Cheap to upgrade
Easy to find one
-'s
Typical shitty american handling
Everyone and their dog has one
Trunk (Having a soundsystem is important to me so a hatch is a must)
Insurance?
300ZX
+'s
Nice roomy hatch for soundsystem
Unique
Damn good looking
Decent or excellent handling (depending on the model)
roomier interior
T-Tops
-'s
Heavier Car
More expensive to buy
Parts more expensive
Harder to find locally
Yeah, well I think I am going to go with a Miata now. Lightweight, pretty fuel efficient and there are TONS of cheap upgrades for the thing.
i just say a Miata on autotrade the other day it was only $1,200 only 160,000 Mi

miatas seem a bit too small for my tastes.
