Title: Want To Buy A 1966 Chevelle

Im am a mopar enthusiast and would like to find my dream car. A 1966 Chevy Chevelle. I was just wondering if any of you may have one for sale or possibly know of or have seen one for sale. Thanks for the help!

Very nice choice. I'd love to find something classic that was in solid shape. The problem around here is that most cars from the 60s and 70s have seen too many Maine winters to be worth a damn. Salt just does horrors to cars. That's why my car is up for the winter this year.

I know what you mean. I live in Colorado, not nearly as bad as Maine but we get a good ammount of snow each year.  Every car i find is either rusted beyond repair, or have some major body damage that would take more skill than i have right now to fix.

Yeah, I've got a handful of cars I'm looking for, but all of them seem to have simply dissolved in the weather. I think come summer I'll need to start looking nationwide more and see if I can find something I'd enjoy messing with.

I question your being a mopar enthusiest if your dream car is a chevelle...

And why is that?

add: Ive always loved the Corvette, Camaro, and the Cuda. Ive just always loved the 1966 Chevelle. Right now i even drive a 1983 Camaro.

Good call on the Cuda. I myself have this sickness where I'd like to drive a jet black GTO Judge.

because mopar is dodge, crysler and plymouth.  and a mopar enthusiest would know that.

I'm a Mazda enthusiast more then anything. I love several recent Mazdas. BUT, there's plenty of other cars I like, and some more then ANY Mazda in exsistance. Though I'm a big fan of the newer Proteges, the MX6, RX7, Miata, and others, my fave car may be something like a Grand National GNX.

Fair enough... but i dont think that that was the case here.  First of all.. with respect to muscle cars when some one is a chevy or mopar guy it is like a religion most of the time,  and they will argue to the death that the others suck.  Also i dont think you would post.

I am a mazda enthusiest.  I really want a GNX.
