its always a good idea to get bigger brakes when putting bigger wheels on. The cheap ass honda stuff will get hot and warp the rotors if you drive hard. I dont think that will be a problem in a honda. Alot of the time the total outer diameter will be the same as with the 15s and regular tires, bigger wheels usually need low profile tires to clear fender wells or the frame. BTW get good looking lug nuts if you buy nice wheels.

Buy 5 rims.  

Why?

It completely sucks ass 6 months later when you crack one rim because you hit a huge pot hole/rusted muffler/road work concrete edge....

...and you find out the rim manufacturer no longer makes that style rim.

i might swap out the brakes some other time.
i'm getting pretty broke with car payments and the new wheels.
