IP over carrier pigeon. It's pretty reliable, and the best part is that it's wireless. The latency could be improved and dropped packets are always a problem, though.

Broadband can mean DSL, Cable, T1, T3, a local WiFi provider, Satellite Internet, as well as other connections.

a shoe box with two hamsters running on a wheel, which generates energy and this is converted into 1k/hour. only takes me about a century to download 2GB files.

then i have a wireless network card that picks up my neighbors wireless 4MB connection.
lol, not really but that would be cool.
i have a MB connection............soon.
