Hi there,

I have the Sony 43" projection and while no description on my model number says it is HD, it has the component connections in the back.  

I just got my 360 today and was exited to try it out, but when I have it on the HD with component hooked up, the screen was doubled and flickering.  When I switched to tv/composite, everything worked fine.

I looked over the faqs and tried the search (down), but  I didn't see anything about this specific troubleshooting.  I guess I might have to buy the s-video cable, which is fine.

Any thoughts?  I guess the component on my tv could be for dvd players, but doesn't support HD?

after viewing the manual that TV is not HD. not even 480p.   you should still be able to run it over component in 480i if the xbox allows it.
