***************Install Halo NMP 1.1 Tutorial************************

Things you need:

Halo NMP 1.1 ISO
A Modded Xbox Chiped or SoftMod
Qwix
Ftp Access To Your Xbox
Winrar
some Basic Modding Know-How

Where To Get The Needed Files
Halo NMP 1.1 ISO LINK REMOVED BY ME.
QWIX
Winrar
(Plus i recommend using DAP to speed up your downloads

)

Step By Step

Step 1: Unrar the HaloNMPv1.1.rar, after its done you get a HaloNMPv1.1.iso.
Step 2: Open Qwix and Load the HaloNMPv1.1.iso into it and change the main folder from F:\Games to "E:\Games"(As seen below)

Step 3: Hit the Upload Botton wait for it to finish and clear the cache files 0-5 in the xbox's y: drive using any ftp program of your choice i like Smart FTP.
Step 4: Launch it up and enjoy the multi-player mayhem using xbc and not kai cuz no one is ever playing nmp on it.

now, does this include current maps, or do i have to locate the maps myself?

well.. i followed your directions, and im currently at system link games waiting for someone to come onto haloNMP....

i want to see these new damn maps!!!!!

well... anyways... thanks for the hook up man, its greatly appretiated... i hope these maps live up to my anticipation.

dont know how the game runs on 300MB tho... guess i will see.

EDIT: i just plugged in my second controller to check out the maps... pretty sweet, i think this is a great thing, but the link is going to be disallowed when they catch it, so get it while you can people!!!

no, but i cant wait... going to have to wait though, at least until later... i got that link saved, gonna have my friend get that when he gets off work and im sure we will play all night.

quick question... if i play the regular halo, am i going to have to delete the cache again in order for nmp to play correctly?

yeah,i had some code you could use 2 add a botton to evo-x to delete the cache, but i lost it sorry.

i use unleashX

i could make a line in the unleash config that just erases all the x,y and z contents... if thats all its doing

yea, so that there will be more people playing the game... doesnt seem to be very many as of now...
i think you should also post this in the homebrew section, because not too many people ferquent the xlink kai section.
