have you followed the pinned topics? what is your network setup? these are common questions we ask, if you search, you may also find your answer...
"i dont see any games" is like the most common thing that gets posted in this forum. I am sure that you will get a head start on troubleshooting it if you search a little bit first...may even be on the first or second page here...
but i definately recommend that you read all the pinned topics.

1 question: what time are the most people online. I only see 1 topspin and 1 counterstrike game now...

where are you looking? a lot of people stay signed in to messenger mode, to just play with their friends (myself included).
If you play in wgn, chances are you wont see very many at all there.
If you play in rooms, it varies, but weekends are busiest. Sunday afternoon/night especially. I am on east coast of the usa, so your time may vary.

Do I need to enter a static IP? I have a router and im not sure...
I have the same problem with not finding games.
I have a router setup and have forwarded all the ports etc...
For some reason I still cant find games, everything seems to connect and all that and Bo-lilnk works fine... just no games....
