Ok - after a lot of hassle with my EEPROM I finally got on XB Live. What I noticed however, is that as soon as Star Wars Battlefront loads the first thing it does is check for XBL and sign me in. My question is this:
Will I every be able to play this game on XB Connect or Kai? Say - for example that I lend my original disk (which I do have - so no sniggering) to my nephew, and I want to play from my backup if My XBOX is plugged in to the WAN then the backup will perform the login on load and I will get banned (!) (?) Can I ever start this game from backup with the network connected?
Is there a fix to this that is less complicated than unplugging the RJ45 and navigating to a system link screen and then plugging it back in again (only thing i can think of). Anyone?

put a p/w on your acct...then when it goes to sign in it will ask for your password, you hit cancel and you're good.

Doesnt the newer bios's make it so you cant access xbox live? I know mine does or i would have been banned many days ago.

Once uve put a password on ure account, if ure account is on any other xboxes, you will need to copy it across again using a memory card.
