Title: Technical Difficulties Error...

I know this has been asked several times already but i didnt get no help from any of the threads..

My xbox connects to live without a problem but when i get to the screen where you enter your credit card info and all that i get the error...

"Unable to connect due to technical difficulties. Please try again later."

i tried calling xbox live support but they didnt have a clue at all..so any1 have any idea what could be the problem?

heres some more info..

i have an Alladdin Advance Chip
Maxtor 120GB HD
v.1.0 xbox

and my wxyz...

W:0000-00B
X:0000-F001
Y:00AB-4860
Z:0000-0000

Well, I've seen that asked before.

Try with a direct connection, modem - xbox and see what happens.

Now, if you don't have a router, then I don't know.

still doesnt work :( ....im gonna try calling xbox live support again and hope i get a diferent person then last time...

I have the same exact problem please a help, except I only get 1/5th of the new dashboard download then I get that message... :(
