I'm just curious because I have the regular 512k connection but I think the fastest speed you can get in England is a 2mb connection. So what is the max speed you can get in America and does anyone have it?

you need a fast upload connection.
256 + is suffiecient anything below will suffer lag

Anything below 256 will not suffer lag.

The maximum upload for home users in England is 256

The maximum download is 3mbit.

 Nope, I think even office users struggle to get a good connection like that.

i have DSL 4mb dload and 1 mb upload i can host 8 no prob some times and ive hosted 12 b4 for a good game of halo or halo nmp :)

We are getting 8MB at work in a couple of months..were having to buy a segment of BTs network to get that though...
