Likely just a bad flash. I have had that happen several times. The image you've built might be bad, so prepare to reflash a few times to test it out. I believe if you use your old NAND dump, the options should be automatically filled correctly with GUI image builders like J-Runner.

Ok so I've tried to write updflash.bin to my nand but I get the following error

I dunno if maybe I mixed up my board during the xebuild process and flashed with a xenon when it should have been different
Is there something I need to install to get the USB to write to the nand or another process that I can follow that will get the updflash.bin to write?

What are you using to flash the console? Be very specific about every step you took. There are a few possible solutions, but I'd like to ensure I understand exactly what steps you took before recommending anything.

OK, with that flash config, it seems like the connections to the motherboard are not solid. Perhaps the wires have come loose after all these years. You'll need to resolder them to the motherboard.
