Well if real life had aliens, plasma pistols and cyborgs then maybe you would have a valid point.
Halo is not supposed to be real. Thats what makes it so much better than all other shooters. <

I think the overly powerful tank forces you to develop a new skill while playing. You learn to move quick and approach vehicles without being seen. 7 times out of 10 I can board a tank and have the cover removed before the enemy knows what hit him.
Plus, you can board from the back and destroy the tank with one grenade. You just have to develop a new playing style for the new tank. <
easy way to deal with the tank: disable it and only use it in a rockets only slayer match
best way to deal <
I normally don't have a problem with the tank..
Just go grab a ghost, wait till the tank turns away from you and boost right up against it, and start blasting. Within 5 seconds the tank will be blown to bits and there is nothing the guy in the tank can do about it. Just keep pressing forward to stay as close as possible to it while shooting. <
4 sniper shots to one of the treads will kill the tank. Just like 4 sniper shots to the back of the wraith will blow it up.
All the vehicle in the game have weak spot. The tank is no exeption.

At first I thought the tank was too strong also, but after playin I really dig the scorpion. Cuz now when I see a tank rolling around on zanzibar I'm like, "OH SHIT! Someone's in the tank." It gets me amped trying to avoid it or kill the guy in it. Although if you're playing against people that can't seem to take out the tank, then I know you could sit in the tank all day and just blow the hell out of everybody and piss them all off at the same time.
I was playing syslink with a group of friends and I made them totally hate the scorpion because of that, but now they don't care as much because they're able to work around tanks. <

What i the world are you talking about? 50 sniper shots anywhere on the tank, including the treads, doesn't do a damn thing too the tank. It doesn't even start smokin. <

I totally agree...I love boarding the tanks....the trick is to wait untill the tank is engaged with someone else then run up behind it....insert grenade....and be on your merry way.... <

LOL never thought about tht, but it did make me cry of laughter, nice one!
i think the tank is ummune to every type of fire besides rocket, gren's etc <
As far as my experience on matchmaking, the only time I have ever seen a tank is in big team battle at waterworks and its next to worthless because the map is pretty open and there is always at least one person going right to the rocket launcher at the start of the game. <
