He would like to know the manufacture date.  So we can all know what model it is.

Plus knowing the Secondary Error Code to your system's RROD would be real helpful too..

You don't understand any of this ... ?  Look it up

Your freezing and RROD is most likely due to the Gpu chip needing service.  But there could be other culprits as well

someone in other forum told me that can be an overheating problem, is that correct?

While overheating can technically lead to an RRoD, it's very unlikely that that is the case. It is almost certainly a broken solder joint between the GPU and the motherboard, which is the most common cause for the RRoD. The thermal expansion from the console heating up causes the two halfs of the broken joint to separate, thus leading to the freezing. When you restart it, the boot up sequence detects the problem, and triggers the RRoD. This would likely lead to a secondary error code 0102.
