What's the secondary code to the 3RROD?

That will tell us more to the situation

0021 wich is a E09 so it has something to do with the dvd drive

0021 is usually a Gpu error.

But since you said you just Flashed your drive; you probably made an error somewhere.

Be certain of dvd drive and its actual FW version.  Be certain what you flash to it.

Make certain you get a proper Outro in the procedure.

Give more details to what you did

So I should reflash it? Can I flash it even with it going RROD? I just rechecked the secondary and I got 4421 and it's says see E09 and that says GPU or DVD Drive. It worked fine until I flashed it. The dvd drive read my games and everything with no problems. Just had the fan issue. I have never done anything to the GPU

Let me rephrase that. It worked fine after I flashed it. Read everything I put in it then I started having the fan problems.
