Are you wanting to use it as a storage device? If you are, you'll be limited to 16GB 32GB unless you have an exploited console. That would not be recommended as it'd be a major waste of space.

Oh, sorry. I guess I missed the end of your first post.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's supported. If the 360 supports GPT drives, it should support that drive, but I haven't ever seen anyone use such a large drive with the 360. Have you tried browsing for videos with the drive plugged in?
