Could try washing under the chips with pleny of alcohol, thats got a few of me mates mobiles going when theyd drop them i stuff!!!

^ is there any alternative to alcohol i cant find it easy to get from where i live

91% isopropyl alcohol can be bought from places like:  Walmart, Dollar general, Kmart, Target, Walgreens

I recommend using a special Spray called "Electronics Contact Cleaner". This is your best bet to clean any residues on mainboard without "hurting" any circuit.

My guess would be (a) blown component(s). Any liquid that spills won't really harm electronics unless turned on (sans acid over a long period and/or in high concentration). The residual dried soda shouldn't cause any harm really so I would focus less on trying to keep cleaning the board and more on trying to find the damaged component(s). The mosfet near the bottom looks damaged so I would test the voltage on that. Also, I would look closely at the AV port because it would make a lot of sense that it could be bad while the 360 seems to be booting. The 360 will only check to see if a pin is grounded on the AV port (to see if a cable is plugged in) and assume it is fine if it is. Maybe try reflowing the AV port with an iron.
