Title: Xbox 360 Slim Rdod
Post by: wilgo45 on January 27, 2013, 11:25:00 AM
Watched the video  -  I think its a simple over heat

Try fresh Heat sink compound.  Get good quality stuff.

Clean up the chipmount.  Apply new stuff.  Make sure to re-seat the heat sink properly.

This is where I would start.  However, the issue could be greater than this

Geez dude !!

why so fast cycling thru that ?

Looks like a 0020  -  Gpu problem.  But since its Slim.  It's both Gpu and Cpu

Either your chip is failing or the ball grid is messed up
