Title: Looking For Mosfet 739 4813nhg ...dpak Version
Post by: wilgo45 on January 06, 2013, 04:55:00 PM
hey

That Mosfet is a On Semiconductor construction.

It's part number is NTD 4813N.  It's an N channel Mosfet 30 volt / 40 amp

Try Digikey, Mouser, Newark, Sparkfun or Ebay to buy.  I highly recommend Digikey.  On semi will even sell sample packs.  A little bit of a hassle.

You don't have to buy On Semi  ... just buy a near equivalent

Try this part number at Digikey FDD 8878 ... the cut tape selection.  They are in stock at 69 cents each

Just checking  ... I mean no insult.

Do you understand how to remove and install Mosfets in the soldering racket.?

I use a Hot Air tool to remove.  And a Hakko style soldering iron to install.

And flux is always good to use ... recommend gels or paste
