There are avatars? If not you have to do an original update (using the update 14699) for avatars and kinect support

I'm assuming you already know this, but if you're other consoles are "Slim" 360s, then they don't need the extra power supply for the Kinect, but the old style consoles do. Not insulting your intelligence, you just didn't mention what type of consoles you are using.

The JTAG'ed one is a Jasper 256mb and the powersupply is working, as the one I have tested it in is a Xenon.
