Just guessing if it were mine ...
I might reball the Southbridge chip, see if it had a positive effect.
If nothing changed after that, I might pull and check the various diodes and transistors around the A/V port.
GPU handles graphics processing ... but it might handle some audio. There would have be integration of audio with the proper video display. I don't know - maybe a reflow or reball of the GPU could help.
Is there any pin damage inside the A/V port ? You will need a really good light source.
And you have tried another stock Xbox 360 A/V cord set ? New ?
Might want to check with members RDC or MadMaXGR. They are pretty smart. If they have the time - they will help some.
