The gpu in an xexon is always hot. Maybe not burn ur hand per-say, but usually if u keep your hand there for a bit its a bad idea. Now the fuzzy screen could mean its going to redring soon. If you really want to keep the xbox cool, replace the thermal paste, and 12volt fan mod it.

-Since your xbox is a jtag, what is the exact temp your getting? You can check this in xexmenu.
My Xexon Jtag gets 68C for the GPU, without 12volt or anymods.

If you are in the UK mate I'll happily reball the console for you. May not need a new GPU, just a reball. If it does need a new GPU I can supply one too.

I've another Xenon and i was playing a game for about 7 mins and then touched the GPU heat sink and it would burn the hand off you so maybe that is normal. I thought there was something wrong with my faulty Xenon and it was causing it to heat up so much. So the problem with the GPU is that it needs a reball to get it working again. I never realised they got so hot. No wonder the GPU causes so many problems when they reach them type of temps and lead free solder doesnt help much either. Just thought i would write this in case somebody else is having the same problem.
