Title: Games Wont Play?

My son has a modded xbox360 and it seems lately he has to keep ejecting the disc several times before it plays the game.....could the dvd be going?any help would be greatly appreciated

Check if the tray is damaged (maybe not straight) or the rubber band that is responsible for opening and closing the tray.
