Title: Wont Power On

hey i have an older 360 here worked fine for a wile then got rrod so i opened it up and added new cpu glue was silicone based i know messed up there =[ but then i put it all back together it wouldnt power on no fans no leds notting so opened it back up took the cpu glu off with a cotton swab still wont power on im game for ideas and please dont flame i know it was more then likely 99% something i did i dont have A HEAT GUN BUT ANY advise helps  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/muhaha.gif)

check for shorts. use a disassembly tutorial in reverse to put it back together.
