Title: Buddy Formated His Hdd's On 360 As 16 Gig Flash Drives
Post by: xboxguide360 on May 20, 2010, 10:24:00 AM
Ok so heres the deal. This guy bought a 250 gig xbox 360 hdd. He had a 120 already on his xbox. So he plugged the 250 into the back with the usb data transfer cable. Wel lof course when he did this it asked to configure the harddrive because it thought it was a flash drive. So both harddrives got formated as 16 gig flash drives and the xbox doesnt recognize them. I was able to fix the 250 by by using hddhackr. However I tried the hddhackr on his 120 and i cant seem to find the correct hddss.bin file. Also when I plug it into my jtagged xbox it works fine. I restored the image with my 120 bevs drive but later realized they are different models. So my question is is this hdd still fixable to work on the 360 or i the security sector shot and Im screwed to only use it on a jtagged 360? Also where would be a good place to look for a the hddss.bin for a hts542512k9sa00
