Just got my reflow station "AOYUE 968" and followed this tutorial link except i had to used a sandwich press instead of the griddle and the motherboard is just sitting on 2 peices of wood ontop of the sandwich press. So i did the reflow on both CPU and GPU and now im getting 0003 error and fans don't power on or nothing. When i look at the CPU/GPU chips there are in a U shape.
Also the board didn't move in the process. I'm thinking that the boards must of been flexing a little bit?

Wont be the same for your machine but it just seems that 381 is too high.
EDIT: if using a tem IR gun always make sure to point at a matte surface, nice models will have a laser light to show where you are aiming. So don't point at the die on the chips

i have never gone over 310c
as for the ir temp gun, this is what i use

not to expensive, and gets the job done
edit: also to make it a bit easier goto the store and get one of those $25 sunbeam griddles, and some m5 bolts and nuts,

Okay thanks, though i don't live in america so i can't get a griddle cause they don't work in australia due to it being 120v, i need 240v. But i just bought a TAI'AN PUHUI T-8280 Infrared Preheater over at www.ownta.com link so hopefully that'd help alot.

Yeah i can see it the solder balls arn't even touching the mobo cause its bent that much.

Thats a tutorial I posted on 360iso showing the temps and process I used during replacing the H/ana chip with lead free solder temps may be slightly different on a gpu or cpu but not much man
Nice tutorial! might give that a go on few e74's i have.
