Title: 2 Red Lights And Strange Problem

I just got a xbox 360 that is broken for repair. The problem is when I power on the console, there is 2 red lights. First, I tough it was only an overheat problem. But, the fan only works for few seconds and shuts down.

 The DVD drive doesn't work. I cannot open it, I just hear the little sound at the beginning when you power on the xbox. I've tried it on a different xbox and it works perfectly.

Finally, the power brick lights is orange even when I power up the console.

I've tried the Xclamp and put new thermal paste on CPU and GPU and thermal pads on the four chips.

Anyone have an idea?

The pins are ok. I remove the pin and put it back to make sure it wasn't a bad solder but still nothing, same error appears on the tv, e76
