Title: Crazy Error Code That Keeps Changing

I have a falcon xbox 360 with rrod
The error code in the system keeps changing every time I get it. It also never goes back to a slow 3 blinking red lights meaning the code is finished.

the system fans seem to struggle when the system comes on, suddenly jumping in speed for a split second as if they got a bunch of extra voltage for some reason

I tried reflowing the southbridge chip with a heatgun and it didnt help

here is what I got from the system before giving up

I reflowed the RAM/CPU/GPU/Southbridge again and it was fixed.

If anyone else encounters this problem, u know how to fix it now smile.gif

Just out of curiosity, what was your method of reflowing?

I had my first "crazy" xbox flashing strange errors and I noticed that the mainboard was flexing lots... when I restored it to straight position, the reflow worked for me... Maybe you should check that too.
