Title: Xbox Does Not Power On, No Red Lights,nothing

I was given an xbox 360 that i was told had 3 red lights. They said that it was heat gunned and worked for a couple days. After that they tried to heat gun it again and then it would not do anything. I was given it as the i wanted the dvd drive and case, but is there any thing that i could do to try and get it to work again?

I would give up on the board and use the heat sinks.
