Title: Pgr2 Cars From Booster Pack

Hi, i have just downloaded a pgr2 car pack from x sky, it says it just has the cars from the paris booster pack and that i just need to copy the files over to my pgr2 folder ? and thats all the readme says, anyway i dont have pgr2 on the HD so is it possible for me to read pgr2 off to my pc then put the files in with the files i read off and burn it all back to a disc and then have the cars actually in the game on the disc ?

I am about to try it anyway but thought id ask just incase you know for sure this doesnt work, and if it doesnt work does pgr2 have to be on the HD for me to use these cars ?

Thanks, (i know their is a pgr2 thread but it doesnt mention this particular pack i got nor does it mention putting them on a disc or where they ACTUALLY go if not on a disc).

Doesnt look like it works as when i try to use them paris cars it gives me adirty disc error but they are their in game just not working :(

Maybe someone knows how to make it happen ?

If you do it just remember to delete your cache files (all files in x y and z) before playing it.

i got that pack also. only the cars.ini was modified making some cars faster and some slower.

 Cars.ini has nothing to do with modding cars.

but in cars.ini it has sections like:
TopSpeed = 6
0-60 = 8
BHP = 4
Handling = 6

and with the pack from x sky, the enzo for instance is modifyied, because in the menu it shows it to have very slow acceleration. also some cars had more caolours available than before

 Ye, but that has nothing to do with actual carsettings, this is just whats getting displayed in the menu or in showroom. Any colors used at one car can be used on another by adding them in this file, thats correct.
