Hope someone can help, I recently purchased a whisper max fan and installed it into my xbox. Tried to power up and then nothing, afater about 30 secs the unit powered up on its own, tried switcing the fan speeds, but wheter on high or low setting the fan continued to run at the same speed. During this incident could not turn the xbox 360 off, I had to disconnect from mains socket. The unit no longer turns on and the eject button does not work although the unit works fine if you operate using the handset through the dashboard.
At the time I didn't believe it was fan related, but stupidly I fit the fan to a second box and the exact same sequence of events occurred. I'm now down two consoles. Can aybody please help.
