Hey guys, just got a box in that had 0102 before I think so I did an xclamp fix and it worked for about 3 weeks. I just got it back and its giving me 0022 which i think is a CPU issue. Ive tried reflowing it once so far. The weird thing is when i turn the power on, it will just idle for about 1-2 minutes. No boot, just a solid green light in the middle of the RF board. Eventually it yields the 0022 3rrod problem. Any ideas here? My last option will be to reball the cpu but id like not to have to do that just yet.
