Title: Center Green Light Blinks When I Turn On Xbox Disk Won't Eject

I know for a fact that it's the drive because i have tried it in 2 consoles with the same result.  My question is what is wrong with it.  I had the cover off and i didn't see the laser eye turn red or the motor spin that spins the disc.  So what needs to be replaced in the drive btw it's a samsung ms25.
