I have the goty version for xbox but the only one i have for pc is the origanal morrowind. can i still do the mods.

Yes you can still mod your game. Here Xerik tells you how to do it :
But one thing he says is to just edit the Z in the first, third, etc sentance but I had to change all 14 Z into a D otherwise it w ouldnt work but now im running lots of different mods like the moogle mod, better heads, new forrest, helmsdeep, etc perfectly on my xbox.
