I used I prep8.8. Its fairly basic, first box turned out as an easy first flash. My second gave me disk is full during the process. ( i was using a floppy again).
Now the 2nd box that attempted a flash doesn't even accept regular games. Just gives the msg : please enter this disc into an xbox console in many other languages.
I fell out of the boat on this one.
Can i reverse this. I saved the backups like all the tutorials say.
This xbox was one i just fixed from rrod. worked fine for long periods of usage untill the flash.
