Ok so I got the dreaded E74 with secondary 1022 error, I did the Hybrid x-clamp fix, now the 360 wont power on and all i get is a red light on the power supply.  Does that mean i shorted the MOBO?  Is there a fix, or a way to trouble shoot?  Any help/advice is truly appreciated.

anyone got any advice for me,  getting desperate here.  Need to know if I need to just go get another xbox.  Thanks!

Is the red light on the psu if it is unplugged from the xbox. If it is i would say that your psu is faulty. If not try the psu on a friends xbox to see if it is faulty

PSU is good, it has orange light (standby) and as soon as i fire on the 360 it goes red.  PSU works on other 360's so that;s not the prob.  Any other ideas?
