i thought as much,seemed silly not to as the board is out of the case......just needed some advice thx`s......
and could someone explain to me the simpliest way of doing a modchip.....im not good at soldering but i have a good knowledge of dealing with pc`s....as i worked as a computer engineer for years.....its just confusing as there seems to be many ways or ideas to do it...

you dont need a modchip for the xbox 360? unless you have some DVD drive key issues going on.

done the xclamp mod.......one thing i have realised is that the motherboard is very slighly warped looking now.....its a brand new board and was a 100% straight when i started......im assumming that the xclamp kit because of the bolting down to the board has coursed this.....just to clarify is this normal.....
i remember when i used to water cool computers ,,when bolting down the water block to the cpu,same thing used to happen!..the board was always ok ....
