Title: Rrod, Again

Hokay so,

My 360 got RRoD again, I have already installed a whisper fan (not whisper max), replaced the thermal paste w/ AS5, and cut away the metal grill on the back of the 360. Will performing the 12v fan mod fix my RRoD or am I totally screwed?

x-clamp replacement time. Cooling is only half the problem, the other half is in the solder/design of the motherboard.

I have already removed the x-clamps completely, but what exactly to I replace them with?

not a very smart thing to do...
you must do the full xclamp replacement ,
no wonder you are getting the rrod cos nothing is holding your HS in place..
